What Is IV Therapy?
IV therapy delivers vitamins, minerals or antioxidants straight into a vein through a thin cannula. Because it bypasses the gut, it can help when tests show a deficiency or when your body doesn’t absorb a nutrient well from food or tablets. Some of our treatments are given as a quick injection instead.
Dr. Enio Barçi is a nuclear medicine physician currently working in Germany, with a master’s degree in regenerative and aesthetic medicine from Spain. His focus is natural approaches to ageing, hormone optimisation and personalised longevity medicine.
His philosophy is to look for the body’s “missing puzzle pieces”, such as hormonal imbalances or vitamin and mineral deficiencies, and address them according to each person’s needs. His work includes metabolic health, immune support and personalised IV therapies, guided by laboratory analysis.
After reviewing your results, he’ll recommend an individual treatment plan, including IV therapies or other treatments where appropriate.

Q10 Boost
Contains coenzyme Q10, which helps the mitochondria produce the energy cells use. Q10 also acts as an antioxidant and is especially important in tissues with high energy needs, such as the heart and muscles.
Glutathione Push
Glutathione is an antioxidant the body makes naturally. It helps protect cells from damage caused by free radicals, takes part in processing some harmful substances in the liver, and helps recycle other antioxidants such as vitamins C and E.
Radiance IV
Vitamin C, alpha-lipoic acid and glutathione, all part of the body’s antioxidant defense against oxidative stress. Vitamin C also contributes to normal immune function and collagen formation.
Advance Radiance IV
Builds on Radiance with N-acetylcysteine (NAC), zinc and selenium, alongside vitamin C, alpha-lipoic acid and glutathione. These ingredients take part in several metabolic and antioxidant processes.
Daily Vitality IV
Vitamin C, B vitamins including B12, magnesium, zinc, selenium and glutathione. For patients with identified nutritional needs, because some deficiencies can affect energy levels and normal immune function.
B-Complex Plus IV
B-complex vitamins with vitamin B12, which play a part in the nervous system, energy metabolism and the formation of blood cells. It can be part of treating a documented deficiency.
Copper Support IV
Contains copper, a mineral the body needs for iron metabolism and blood cell formation. We give it only when tests show low copper. Low iron or low ferritin is a different problem: its cause needs to be found, and it is usually treated with iron, not copper.
Copper & B-Complex Duo
Copper, B-complex vitamins and vitamin B12 in one program, for patients whose tests show low copper and low B vitamins at the same time.
Liver Care IV
Contains phosphatidylcholine, a phospholipid found in cell membranes. It does not replace finding and treating the cause of a liver problem, so we consider it only after Dr. Barçi has reviewed your liver tests.
Metabolic Balance IV
An inositol formula selected by the clinic, offered as part of individual metabolic care and planned around your test results.
Active Recovery IV
Taurine, arginine, magnesium, L-carnitine, zinc, vitamin C and B vitamins. We consider it as part of an individual nutrition and recovery plan, especially when a nutritional deficiency is suspected. It can be combined with the Amino Acid Shot.
NAD+ Infusion
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme involved in energy metabolism and other cell processes. We offer it as a slow IV infusion or as an injection under the skin, after an individual consultation. The infusion runs slowly, because a fast infusion can cause nausea, cramps or chest tightness, so it takes longer than other drips.
Spermidine Wellness IV
Contains spermidine, a substance researchers are studying for its role in autophagy, the process cells use to recycle damaged parts. Most of that research uses oral supplements, and its effects as an IV treatment are not yet established. We offer it only after a consultation.
Methylene Blue IV
Methylene blue is a prescription medicine with specific medical uses, including the treatment of some forms of methemoglobinemia, a disorder that stops blood from carrying oxygen normally. With many antidepressants it can cause a dangerous reaction called serotonin syndrome, and it is not given to people with G6PD deficiency or during pregnancy. Dr. Barçi checks your medication and health history before any treatment. It can turn urine blue-green for a day or two.
Chelation Care IV
Chelation therapy uses prescription medicines that bind to certain heavy metals so the body can remove them. It treats confirmed metal poisoning, diagnosed with standard blood tests, and it carries real risks, such as a dangerous drop in calcium. We use it only in these cases.

Vitamin B12 Shot
Contains vitamin B12 and is used to treat B12 deficiency, including when absorption from the gut is impaired. Correcting the deficiency can help improve anemia, tiredness and the neurological symptoms linked to it.
Vitamin D
Used to correct vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D is needed for calcium absorption, bone health and normal muscle function.
Amino Acid Shot
An injection with amino acids, the building blocks the body uses to make proteins. It can be combined with Active Recovery IV as part of a recovery plan.
Slim Boost
An injection assessed during a weight-management consultation and used alongside a nutrition and activity plan. Dr. Barçi explains the ingredients and whether it suits you at the consultation.
Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) Weight Management
Mounjaro contains tirzepatide, a prescription medicine that affects appetite and blood sugar regulation. It can help reduce and maintain weight in adults who meet the medical criteria, together with a lower-calorie diet and physical activity. A consultation and blood tests beforehand are essential to check suitability, set the dose and plan follow-up. The most common side effects are nausea, diarrhea and constipation, which Dr. Barçi discusses with you.

Is IV Therapy Right for Me?
IV therapy may be suitable if:

- have G6PD deficiency or take antidepressants (important for methylene blue)
- have had pancreatitis, or you or a family member have had medullary thyroid cancer or MEN2 (important for Mounjaro)
- have had an allergic reaction to any ingredient

Frequently Asked Questions
For many treatments, yes. B12, vitamin D and copper need recent results. For general antioxidant drips, Dr. Barçi decides at the consultation.
It depends on the formula. NAD+ runs more slowly than other drips, and injections take only a few minutes. You’ll know how long your session takes when you book.
It depends on why you’re having treatment. A deficiency is usually treated as a short course and then rechecked with a new test. You know the number of sessions before you start.
You feel a small pinch when the cannula goes in. Some ingredients can feel cold or warm in the arm during the drip. If anything is uncomfortable, we slow it down.
The most common are bruising, tenderness or a sore vein where the cannula went in. Some people feel lightheaded, flushed or cold during a drip; tell us and we slow it down. Allergic reactions and infection are rare. Some ingredients have their own side effects, which Dr. Barçi explains before treatment.
